Enhancing knowledge sharing intention through the satisfactory context of continual service of knowledge management systems

Tse-Ping Dong, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor at the Graduate Institute of Global Business and Strategy, College of Management, National Taiwan Normal University, and was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the UCLA, UCSD, and UC Berkeley in 2011-2012. He specializes in digital content and cultural and creative industries, industrial research of motion pictures, innovation and entrepreneurship and investment, intellectual property, and Asia-Pacific business strategies. He is particularly interested in cross-disciplinary research integrating business management, arts, technology, and law.

Chia-Liang Hung, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the National Chi Nan University in Taiwan. He received his PhD in Strategic Management from the National Taiwan University. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Purdue University in 2013-2014. Now, his research interests cover the electronic commerce, R&D performance evaluation, and tourism applications. His research has been published in Asia Pacific Management Review, International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, Evaluation and Program Planning, International Journal of Information Management, R&D Management, Project Management Journal, and Research Evaluation.

Nai-Chang Cheng is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Tourism and Hospitality, DaYeh University. He received PhD Degree from the Department of Business Administration and Institute of International Business, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan and MBA Degree from the Concordia University Wisconsin. His research interests centers on knowledge management, organizational behavior, and electronic commerce and has published in Computers in Human Behavior, Behaviour of Information Technology, and Online Information Review, etc.
