Yen Thi Tran is based at the School of Accounting, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She is Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Accounting at Quynhon University, Vietnam. She is a PhD Student at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Besides, she regularly teaches financial management training courses to public managers at Hanoi University of Home Affairs. Her work has been published in Cogent Business and Management. Nguyen Phong Nguyen is based at the School of Accounting, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He is Lecturer at the School of Accounting, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He received his degree of Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. His research focusses on intra-organisational coopetition strategy, the interfaces between marketing and other disciplines, employees’ well-being and psychological climate in organisations. He is serving as an editorial board member of the Australasian Marketing Journal. His publications have appeared in Public Management Review, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Australasian Marketing Journal and Asia Pacific Business Review.

Trang Cam Hoang is based at the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She is Lecturer and Dean at the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She received her PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong, Australia. Trang’s research spans the accounting and finance areas, and her current interests include corporate disclosure, CSR, corporate governance, financial reporting quality and environmental finance. Her work has appeared in academic journals including Journal of Business Ethics, Research in International Business and Finance, Australian Accounting Review and Emerging Markets Finance and Trade.
