Anthony Bagherian is currently working as a quality manager in Vectrus Systems Corporation, Stuttgart, Germany. He has completed his Ph.D. studies at International School of Management (ISM), Paris. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s at Linköping Technical University from Sweden in Quality Management. He has published an article in a reputed journal. His areas of research interest are Six Sigma, operational management and business statistics. Prior to commencing his studies, he had obtained substantial experience of utilizing Six Sigma in the diverse industry in Europe.

Dr Mark Gershon is a professor of the International School of Management (ISM), Paris. He teaches Project Management in the DBA and Ph.D. programs at ISM. Dr Gershon is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Master BB. He is the Chairman of the Department of Operations Management at Temple University. He is a leading researcher, educator, and businessman in the areas of project management, quality, and process improvement methodologies. An industrial engineer by training, he acquired a broad background in manufacturing processes as a quality engineer for the Army Armaments Command Project Management Office. He has helped many companies to implement project management and improvement systems, taught numerous classes on these subjects, and conducted and published research on the best methodology for such implementations.

Dr Sunil Kumar is an assistant professor at GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be University) Visakhapatnam, A.P., India. He has over eight years of teaching experience. He earned his Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi in the area of NGO Management. In his Ph.D., he has investigated the role of NGOs in people empowerment. He has qualified UGC-NET-JRF in Management. His academic qualifications include BA, MBA, DCA and Ph.D. He has published papers in journals of repute indexed in Scopus, ABDC, UGC-CARE, etc. He has presented papers at IIT, IIM and other reputed institutions in India.
