Anita Mendiratta is an Associate Professor at the Department of Commerce, Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi, India, with around eighteen years of teaching experience at the University of Delhi. She is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), King’s College London, Delhi School of Economics, and Shri Ram College of Commerce. She holds a doctorate from IIT Delhi and an M.S. from King’s College London, including two Bachelor’s and three Master’s degrees with excellent academic record. She is a Fetzer MSR Scholar 2020 and has actively participated in the MSR Academy of Management in several capacities, such as the MSR Executive Committee and Research Committee. She has been successfully serving as MSR Treasurer Academy of Management since 2021. She has published research papers in journals of national and international repute and presented her papers worldwide. She has been awarded the MSR Promising Dissertation Award from the Academy of Management, the Best Paper Award at the 29th Annual Global Finance Conference, and the Full Scholarship Award from the University of Delhi.

Anil Kumar, Ph.D., is a Professor at the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, after having taught for more than three decades at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi. An alumnus of SRCC and Harvard Business School, he completed his post-graduation in commerce at the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. He holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Corporate Governance from the University of Delhi. An Independent Director of the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India, he is a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD) India. He has contributed a number of research articles in national and international journals; authored more than ten books on corporate governance and corporate laws; presented his research work at international conferences in India and abroad; and has conducted several executive development and training programs for government officers, corporate executives, and directors. He has over thirty-five years of experience teaching, researching, training, and consulting in corporate governance and finance. He founded Vittshalla, launched by the then Union Finance Minister, Shri Arun Jaitley, to spread financial education across the nook and corner of the country.
