They call him the Intimidator: a manager who browbeats his employees, frightens his peers, stifles his department's creativity. His colleague, the Withholder, omits essential information from her superiors, peers, and team, damaging their productivity. Then there's the Stressor, whose chronic impatience and outbursts of temper affect everyone around.
