Eastman Chemical's Spanish Composition Eastman Chemical hit on a two‐strategies‐for‐the‐price‐of‐one concept this year when it began training workers for a polyethylene terephtalate (PET) production plant under construction in San Roque, Spain: It chose a training method that doubles as a knowledge management system. As the workers' training progresses, so does the documentation of the plant's proprietary systems and knowledge.
