AWARD WINNING PAPERS IN 2003
In November 2004, outgoing ICE president Doug Oakervee will present awards to the following papers published in the various Proceedings journals in 2003. Journal editorial panels nominated up to six papers and an awards committee chaired by David Hodgkinson allocated the awards.
