CDM 2007 two years on: survey reveals widespread misunderstanding: SAFETY

The UK's Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 have been in force for over two years but a recent survey suggests only half of all ‘duty holders’ actually understand them. Steve Dalby of CDM2007.org says this is putting both people and companies at risk.
