On Wednesday 10 October 2012, United Utilities hosted a presentation on progress with the spillway replacement project at New Years Bridge reservoir for British Dam Society members and other representatives of the water industry at Denshaw Village Hall, Rochdale, Lancashire. The event was well attended and following lunch and the presentation a site visit was conducted to see the results of the work.
