ICE Reservoirs Committee's advice on applications for appointment and reappointment as a panel engineer

In 2003, and again in 2006, retiring chairmen of the Reservoirs Committee's two sub-committees published articles in Dams and Reservoirs to give advice to existing and aspiring panel engineers about how to become appointed and, when the term of appointment is due to expire, become reappointed. This article is intended to reinforce the advice given in those two articles and includes some observations about applications now being received.
