Briefing: Legislative changes for supervising engineers – England Available to Purchase

Under the amended requirements of the Reservoirs Act 1975 (1975) for reservoirs located in England, the requirements for supervising panel engineers have changed. This paper explains the process through which the changes will come into force and summarises the impact on the duties of the supervising engineer. This briefing paper presents a summary of the author's presentation at the BDS Supervising Engineers' Forum in April 2015.
