The publishers of the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy wish to retract the article “Exploring the link between social work, entrepreneurial leadership, social embeddedness, social entrepreneurship and firm performance: a case of SMES owned by Chinese ethnic community in Turkey” by E. Sipahi Dongul and E. Artantaş which appeared ahead of print.
The authors requested this retraction following concerns over possible similarities with an unpublished article: “Exploring the link between social embeddedness, entrepreneurial leadership and firm performance: a case of SMES owned by Chinese ethnic communities in Malaysia” by Muhammad Farhan Basheer, Rabeeya Raoof, Saeed Ahmad Sabir, Saira Ghulam Hassan, Javeria Sattar and Zuha Azfar Khan.
