Ganimete Podvorica: Ganimete Podvorica works as the Professor Assistant at the Department of Business Management at Universum International College in Kosova. She has 13 years of teaching experience. She served as an Adjunct Professor at Leon Hess Business School, the Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ, as well as at the University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti” in Kosova. Dr. Ganimete Podvorica received her graduate degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Lugano, the Faculty of Communication and Economics in Switzerland, and her doctorate degree in Marketing from the Department of Marketing, the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, Kosova. She is an author of published scholar articles and books. Her research interest is on sustainability, customer relationship management, firm’s promotion and sales operation management, green marketing, pro-environmental consumer behavior and customer driven marketing strategy.

Valon Murati: Valon Murati is Academic Director and Professor Assistant at the Department of the Political Sciences and Law Department at Universum International College in Kosova. He was director of the Human Rights Centre of the University of Prishtina for nine years, lectured human rights and political thought in AAB College for many years, was member of the Board of the Club for Foreign Relations, Member of the Council of the FORUM 2015, etc. He was also Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Kosova during 2014–2017. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Pristina and completed European Regional Master Program on Human Rights and Democracy in the Southeastern Europe at the University of Sarajevo and Bologna. He finished his doctoral studies at the South East European University in Tetovo in the field of the political sciences. He was part of many projects on international and national level as well as very active in various activities related to human rights, foreign relations, civic activism, etc. His research interest is on socio economic rights, poverty and development issues, ethnic conflicts, nationalism, self-determination and international relations.
