This research aims to introduce a multi-assessment model (MAM) designed to serve a dual purpose: first, to identify learners’ strengths and developmental needs; second, to track their progression over time in terms of skill development and mindset evolution. Simultaneously, the model aims to continuously enhance the learning experience through data-informed pedagogical refinement. By capturing developmental trajectories and contextual challenges across multiple evaluation points, the model equips educators and program designers with actionable insights to adapt educational interventions, thereby ensuring sustained relevance, effectiveness and long-term impact in entrepreneurial education.
The study uses a mixed-methods, longitudinal design combining quantitative surveys, qualitative insights and designed action sampling. The assessment process begins with a pre-program evaluation to identify baseline competencies, learner profiles and context-specific needs. This is followed by multiple checkpoints during and after the program to capture developmental trajectories, mindset shifts and contextual challenges. The data collected across these stages informs continuous pedagogical refinement, enabling the design of adaptive, learner-centered interventions that evolve in response to real-time learner progression.
The MAM yields two critical outcomes aligned with its dual purpose. First, it enables a nuanced understanding of learners’ initial profiles, strengths and areas for development through pre-program assessment, and tracks their progression in skills, mindset and applied learning over time. Second, it generates actionable insights for educators to refine pedagogical approaches iteratively, making the learning experience more targeted, relevant and impactful. The model reveals how learner trajectories differ across contexts and highlights the value of continuous feedback in aligning teaching strategies with evolving learner needs.
