The publisher regrets that the following error appeared in this paper when it was published online ahead of print and in Engineering Sustainability 172(2): 68–80, https://doi.org/10.1680/jensu.16.00050.

In the second sentence of the first paragraph of section 3, SBAT was incorrectly defined as State-Building Assessment Tool; the correct definition is Sustainable Building Assessment Tool.
