Scandinavian Society of Forest Economics (SSFE) arranged its 2016 Biennial meeting at Oscarsborg, Norway on May 25th-27th, 2016. The thematic orientation of the meeting was “Forest-based sector into the bioeconomy”. Around 65 scholars attended the meeting, which took place in beautiful spring weather at the Oscarsborg hotel&resort, situated on historic grounds at the former fortress of Oscarsborg.
