Under the section of Findings and the subheading ‘Exposure to trauma’ – the final sentence incorrectly cites data. Currently it reads: “In 2020, the rates of suicide were: New Zealand 5%; Australia 12.5%; England and Wales 15.4% (NCIS, 2023; WAPU, 2023).” This sentence should be read as “In 2020, the suicide rates among serving police officers were estimated at 5 per 100,000 in New Zealand, 12.5 per 100,000 in Australia, and 15.4 per 100,000 in England and Wales (NCIS, 2023; WAPU, 2023).”
