Polymer Geogrids for Bridging Mining Voids Available to Purchase

Full-scale field tests to determine the support provided by polymer geogrids in typical road construction over old coal mining areas were carried out under controlled conditions. The results are evaluated with the purpose of proposing a design approach for the materials used in the trial tests. A number of analytical methods are defined and combined to develop an appropriate design approach that matches the measured field results as closely as possible.
