The second part of the study focuses on cases of improvement piles in various soil properties leading to secondary damage to adjacent buildings. This paper analyses soil properties with respect to the damage conditions of adjacent buildings during excavation works, together with secondary damage from improvement piles under construction. The purpose of the study is to increase the knowledge of protecting adjacent buildings during excavations, based on experience gained from real cases.
La seconde partie de notre étude se concentre sur les cas des piles de réhabilitation, dans différents types de sols, provoquant des dommages secondaires sur les bâtiments voisins. Ce texte analyse les propriétés du sol liées aux dégats secondaires subits par les bâtiments voisins d'une excavation, ainsi que les dégats secondaires causés lors de la construction de piles de réhabilitation. Son but est d'accroître les connaissances en matiére de protection des bâtiments voisins d'un chantier d'excavation à partir de cas réels.
