In this study, porous carbon electrodes were prepared by using walnut shells and phenolic resin as matrix materials, combined with selective laser sintering technology and the carbonization process. The effects of different ratios and temperatures on the macroscopic morphology, graphitization degree, electrical conductivity and pore structure of the carbonized parts were investigated. The results show that a lower proportion of walnut shells and a higher carbonization temperature increase the degree of graphitization. A high temperature has a significant effect on conductivity. The conductivity at 1000°C is 7.519 S/cm, which is 752% higher than that at 600°C, while the conductivity at 30% walnut shell content is only 75.4% higher than that at 50%. This study provides a new reference for the preparation of carbon electrodes with complex shape and structure from biomass consumables.
