It has come to our attention that a number of references cited in the article are incorrect or contain significant errors. As a result, the findings of the article cannot be relied upon. As part of the investigation, the authors were asked to provide an explanation for these errors. While the authors cooperated with the investigation, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. The Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management author guidelines make it clear that authors must be accountable for the accuracy of their work.
