Kareem M. Selem is a Lecturer in Hotel Management, Faculty of Tourism and Hotels at Suez Canal University, Egypt. He has a diverse experience in hospitality management, especially in upscale restaurants and hotels. His research interests are employee wellbeing, crisis management, and disruptive innovations in the hotel industry. He is a reviewer for some journals, among them the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (IJCHM), the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management (JHTM), and Tourism Management Perspectives (TMP).

Rupa Sinha is currently working as an assistant professor in Amity Institute of Travel and Tourism Studies, Amity University, Kolkata, India. She has attended and presented research papers on a number of national and international platforms, including the Tourman conference in Greece, Hagia Sophia in Turkey, Viswa Bharati, Pondicherry University, Karnataka University, and AIMS Delhi, and been invited as a keynote speaker and delegates from several national and international bodies, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Turkey, and ASSOCHAM, India. She has several publications in reputed journals and edited books, including Emerald Insights and Springer in Psychology and Education and Tourism. Her area of research includes cultural and heritage tourism development, community-based tourism, Indigenous community development, community development and sustainability.

Rimsha Khalid is currently affiliated with Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus as Lecturer. She is also working with Putra Business School, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which is AACSB ranked university. Her core interests are Entrepreneurship, Branding, Tourism, Post-covid Pandemic studies. She is having strong grip over Smart PLS for quantitative and also having strong hands over qualitative analysis.

Mohsin Raza is currently affiliated with Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus as Senior Lecturer. He has earned his PhD in Marketing from Universiti Utara Malaysia which is an AACSB University. His Core area of research is Branding and Tourism Management. His research is currently focusing on changing trends of Marketing in post-COVID era and the revival of Tourism.

Mohammad Shahidul Islam received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include consumer/employee behavior, hospitality experience; emotional labor; marketing management; training; and development. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the Business School of BRAC University.
