Publisher’s note: The use of appropriate adults for persons with mental disabilities in investigation interviews in Singapore

The publisher of the Journal of Intellectual Disabilities and Offending Behavior has withdrawn the article “The use of appropriate adults for persons with mental disabilities in investigation interviews in Singapore” by Michelle Vong and Jocelyn Tan. The authors have brought it to our attention that there are concerns with the data used and sensitivities linked to the reporting of some of the information presented; no factual inaccuracies were noted, however. The co-owners of the data do not give their permission for it to be used. The authors sincerely apologise to the readers.
