In the digital economy era, with the continuous surge of network security threats and market volatility creating an acute demand for precise and secure asset management. Unlike previous research that has explored various approaches separately, we uniquely integrate particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithms, inspired by biological swarms, with blockchain technology, a combination not fully exploited in digital asset transactions. The PSO algorithm analyzes vast historical market data to detect dynamic trends and formulate optimal portfolio strategies, and when benchmarked against the widely – used random forest model, our PSO – optimized strategy remarkably delivers a 12% increase in average annualized return and slashes the maximum drawdown by 30%. Moreover, in our designed system, asset transfers are autonomously executed via smart contracts and permanently logged on the blockchain, ensuring absolute transparency and immutability, which not only addresses traditional security vulnerabilities but also innovatively manages digital assets. Compared to conventional centralized exchanges, our system accelerates transaction processing by 67%, setting a new efficiency standard. This pioneering synergy of PSO and blockchain represents a significant leap forward, offering a more secure, efficient, and intelligent solution for digital asset management.
