Corrigendum: An approach for identifying value in business processes Free

It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article P. Andi Smart, Roger S. Maull, Zoe J. Radnor, Thomas J. Housel, (2003) “An approach for identifying value in business processes”, Journal of Knowledge Management, Vol. 7 Issue: 4, pp. 49–61 did not include Dr Abed Karasneh as a co-author of the article.

The authors recognise the contributions made by Dr Karasneh and sincerely apologise for this mistake. The author guidelines of the Journal of Knowledge Management make it clear that anyone who has made a significant contribution to an article should be included as an author. Dr Karasneh has now been added as third co-author to the article.
