The paper is an extension to lightweight aggregate concrete of earlier work on the influence of cement paste content on the creep of concrete. It is shown that there is a simple relation between the creep after a given time under load and the content of cement paste corrected for unhydrated cement. An expression is proposed for the creep-time behaviour of concrete of any mix proportions but made with a given type of aggregate; this involves a total of four constants from two creep-time tests.
