On the basis of experimental results from creep and shrinkage tests lasting five years and data from other investigators, it is proposed that long-term deformations can be predicted within reasonable limits of accuracy from values measured at 28 days. The expressions given are sensibly independent of a wide range of the independent variables which affect creep and shrinkage of concrete.
