Corrosion of heat-treated steel bars in concrete synthetic pore solution Available to Purchase

In this paper, the effect of different surface treatments on the corrosion resistance in concrete synthetic pore solution is investigated. The results show that, if carburising accompanies normalising, the corrosion resistance of the steel bar will increase without having a negative impact on its mechanical properties.
