The relationship between EFQM enablers and business performance: The mediating role of innovation Available to Purchase

Dr Dimitrios Kafetzopoulos is a Scientist who balances between industry and academia. He has extensive knowledge and practical experience in the industry as he has been working in this sector for over 25 years. He received a PhD in Quality Management from the University of Ioannina, Greece, in 2011. Dr Kafetzopoulos is teaching courses in many universities while he is Postdoc Researcher in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of the Aegean. He has dealt with issues of management and marketing and his research interests include: quality management, innovation management, and production and operational management. His current research projects are in advancing innovation strategies and their application to food organization.

Katerina Gotzamani is Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Macedonia, Greece. She holds a PhD in Quality Management from the University of Macedonia, Greece. She is teaching courses in TQM and operations management.

Dimitrios Skalkos is Associate Professor in Food Business Management of Innovation, Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of the Aegean, Greece. He has been Visiting Assistant Professor at The University of Toledo, Ohio, USA, and teaching assistant at The University of Ioannina, Greece. He has 20 years of experience working at the private sector on business and innovation at the position of Director of the Business Innovation Center (BIC) of Epirus-Greece. His research interests focus on the promotion and management of innovation on SMEs, on knowledge transfer and new product development and on regional innovation strategies for development and growth.
