Mingu Kang is an associate professor at the School of Management, Zhejiang University, China. Dr Kang earned a Ph.D. degree from the School of Management, Zhejiang University, China. He holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in mechanical design engineering from Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea. His articles have been published in Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Procurement Management, Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Production Planning and Control, Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, Ethics and Behavior and International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management. His research interests include outsourcing strategy, global supply chain management and technology innovation.

Ki-Hyun Um is an assistant professor of school of management at Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the school of business at KyungHee University. His articles have been published in journals including, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Operations and Production Management and International Journal of Project Management. His research interests lie in supply chain management, interorganizational studies, buyer–supplier relationship, innovation management and NPD (New Product Development).
