Water supply and sanitation in China: a review Available to Purchase

This paper gives a broad review on water supply and sanitation in China, current trends and implications of economic development and rapid urbanisation. First some broad figures are given regarding population growth, economic development and urbanisation water consumption is considered. The paper finishes with an optimistic view engendered by increasing investment in environmental management and prospects for potential technology deployment, innovation and international collaboration.
