Given the problem that detailed information is inevitably lost in the process of traditional bioelectrical signal coupling analysis and the results are seriously affected, a bioelectrical signal-coupling analysis method based on molecular communication is proposed. The channel of molecular communication is classified, the transmission mode is analyzed, the design of molecular communication is realized, the biological electrical signal is de-drifted, the mathematical and physical model of the biological electrical signal is established and the coupling analysis of the biological electrical signal is realized. The experimental results show that the designed method has a more significant coupling effect and can better track the dynamic changes in the signal. It can be seen that the proposed method is better than the traditional method.
