A method for detection and tracking of a multiprotein chip with a nanoprobe based on information communication is designed to detect the early markers of acute myocardial infarction, to solve the problem of long detection time of traditional detection and tracking methods. The sera of 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction were collected as the experimental objects. The experimental results show that the designed method for detection and tracking of a multiprotocol chip with a nanoprobe based on information communication has a shorter detection time for the early markers of acute myocardial infarction than the traditional method. This proves the validity of this study. When using this method to detect the sera of patients with acute myocardial infarction and normal people, the results are consistent with those of the electrochemical analysis method used in clinical studies. Therefore, it is proved that this method is simple, convenient and fast and has the advantages of high-sensitivity and multi-index detection. It has important value and application prospects in clinical protein detection.
