Traditional cell image three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction methods have low accuracy, so a cell image 3D reconstruction method based on nanogold labeling was designed. Firstly, a cell image was collected, and the cell image was preprocessed and segmented. Then, the cell contour was extracted. Finally, the spatial distribution of nanogold cells was marked to complete the 3D reconstruction of the cell image. The experimental results show that the designed cell image 3D reconstruction method based on nanogold labeling is more accurate than the traditional method and can meet the needs of cell image 3D reconstruction.
