Michele Posa is a Research Fellow in Business Administration and Adjunct Professor of Business Strategy, Digital Innovation and Digital Strategies at LUM University (Italy), where he also serves as Assistant of Business Model Innovation, Competitive Strategies, and Business Administration classes. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics and Management of Sustainability and Innovation from LUM University in 2025 and was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Vienna (Chair of International Business) in 2022. His research focuses on Business Administration and Strategic Management fields, with particular interest in family businesses, R&D collaborations, and business model innovation.

Domenica Barile is a Ph.D. and Research Fellow at the Department of Engineering, LUM University (Italy). She began her academic journey at the same university, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics and Management, graduating cum laude with a specialisation in Data Science and Digital Transformation. She also serves as an adjunct professor for the Project Management course in the Master's program in Economics and Management at the LUM University. Her research focuses on digital transformation, open innovation, and digital entrepreneurship. She has presented her work at numerous national and international conferences and published in high-impact journals such as Management Decision, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, and European Journal of Innovation Management.

Francesco Cappa is Associate Professor of Innovation Management at the Roma Tre University (Rome, Italy) and Adjunct Professor at Luiss Guido Carli University (Rome, Italy). He has been a visiting researcher at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering (New York, USA) and Pace University Seidenberg School of Computer Science (New York, USA). His main research interests are in the areas of innovation and sustainability. His papers have appeared in prestigious journal as Research Policy, Journal of Product Innovation Management, British Journal of Management, and Journal of World Business. He is Associate Editor of International Review of Financial Analysis (Elsevier), and of Finance Research Letters (Elsevier), and Assistant Editor of Technological Forecasting and Social Change (Elsevier).

Darren Richard Hayes holds a doctorate from Pace University (New York) and the Ph.D. degree from Sapienza University, in Rome (Italy). He is an Associate Professor with the Seidenberg School of CSIS, Pace University, New York. Hayes is a leading expert in the field of digital forensics and cybersecurity, and in 2013, he was listed as one of the Top 10 Computer Forensics Professors, by Forensics Colleges. He has 14 years of experience in financial and 2 decades in information technology and academia. He has authored five books, including a Practical Guide to Digital Forensics.
