In the caption for Figure 8 and on line 14 of the left column, ‘θcr = π/4’ should read ‘θcr = arccos(π/4)’.
On line 16 of the left column, ‘θ < π/4’ should read ‘θ < arccos(π/4)’.
In Figure 8, ‘R’ should read ‘r → ∞’.
