Seminar on permanent way developments

The past decade has seen many new developments in permanent way technology come into routine use. The following Technical Notes, 612-617, are the result of a seminar organized to bring together the key people responsible for some of the most important developments and to provide an opportunity for practising civil engineers to obtain information and discuss the issues.
