This extract is taken from one of the last pieces that Elizabeth (Libby) wrote – a chapter in The Routledge Handbook of Planning for Health and Well-being, edited by Hugh Barton, Susan Thompson, Sarah Burgess and Marcus Grant. We have selected the introductory material and part of the conclusion from Libby's Chapter. It is disarmingly unpretentious and that says a lot about the author.
