The World Organisation will hold its 14th Congress at Wroclaw, Poland, 9-12 September 2008. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in Kybernetes(the official journal of WOSC) or in Systems Science.

Readers of this journal and all intending participants are encouraged to contact the organisers. The deadlines for the conference are to be strictly respected.
