The formal relation between two phenomena that have no interaction is given as a fundamental problem. Linking Space and Linking Algebra are used for derivation of this relation between two phenomena. The practical application of this formalism for linking the eyes’ yellow spots and observed contact spots on a phenomenon’s surface is given. This linking gives only one solution. A short comment and some conclusions are given.
