Bahadur Ali Soomro has earned PhD from the Area Study Centre, Far East and Southeast Asia, University of Sindh, Jamhsoro, Pakistan. He is presently working as a post-doc fellow at the Faculty of Applied and Human Sciences (FSGM) Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. His research work has been published in journals such as Sustainability, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Education + Training, Sustainable Development, Business Strategy and the Environment, European Journal of Innovation Management and Management Decision, etc. His areas of interest are conflict management, business management, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial economics and sustainable development, etc.

Ummi Naiemah Saraih served as an associate professor at the Faculty of Applied and Human Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia since January 2015. She graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia with a Bachelor of Human Resource Management degree in 2000, an MSc. Management degree in 2007 and a PhD. Management degree in 2014. In her present research, she is interested in organizational behaviour and human resource management, with a special emphasis on these two research domains. She has more than a hundred journal articles and proceedings as well as more than ten books and book chapters to her credit. Her research has been published in a number of prestigious journals, including Humanities and Social Sciences Reviews; International Journal of Innovation, Creativity, and Change; Management Science Letter; International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation; Journals of Critical Review and Linguistica Antverpiensia. She is currently on the editorial boards of eight journals, including Horizon Research Publishing (HRPUB), USA; Researchers World: International Refereed Social Sciences Journal (RW IRSS), Singapore; Walailak Journal of Social Science, Thailand and International Journal of Business and Technopreneurship (IJBT), Malaysia.

Tunku Salha Tunku Ahmad is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Applied and Human Sciences and Director of the Centre for International Engagement, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. She has worked in the education field for over 25 years in diverse settings. Her experience has spanned from matriculation education, school inspectorate as well as public higher education institutions in Malaysia. She holds a bachelor degree (Hons) in Economics and a master degree in Economics from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), a diploma of education from Penang Federal Teachers College and a PhD in Economics from Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland. Her main research areas include evaluation of firms' performance from economic and financial point of view and healthcare evaluation.
