CybCon 2002 – London, UK, September 2002
The annual conference of the Cybernetics Society was held in London, UK at the London School of Economics on 14th September 2002. The subject of the conference was: “Developing Second-Order Cybernetics.”
The proceedings of the conference and a report of the event will be published in a future issue of this journal. Dr David Stewart has been invited to be the Guest Editor. In this report we will only list the speakers and their subjects. They were as follows:

The conference ended with a panel discussion involving all the speakers and other conference participants.
