12th International WOSC Congress and the 4th IIGSS Workshop

Selected papers (Part 1) presented at the congress of the World Organisation of Systems and Cybernetics (WOSC) have been published in KybernetesVolume 31 Nos 9/10, 2002. Part II will be published in Vol. 32, Nos. 5/6, 2003. Dr Yi Lin was its Guest Editor.

Reports from the Congress were published in Kybernetes Vol. 31, Nos. 7/8, 2002, together with details of the winners of the Kybernetes Research Awards for an outstanding paper presented at the event and to those contributors whose work was “Highly Commended”.

Further special issues of Kybernetes will include features concerned with some of the very successful symposia and their subsequent development. These will appear in issues 5-10 of this volume 32.
