It has come to our attention that De la Sen, M. “On excitable dynamic systems with delays” which was published in Kybernetes, Vol. 38 No. 9 (November 2009), pp. 1576-98, is a republished version of the paper De la Sen, M. “Computationally testable conditions for excitability and transparency of a class of time-delay systems with point delays”, which was published in the Journal Computational Analysis and Applications Vol. 11 No. 4 (October 2009), pp. 616-40.
