CERTIFICATE IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Describes the qualification of the Certificate in Training and Development and evaluates why this proved beneficial to the professional development of the author. One of the influential elements is the fact that the course followed is based in London and primarily linked theory to the practice of training. The programme not only benefited the individuals but the organizations as well. Assessment was mainly on attendance, it was a highly practical course, participative with work‐based projects and assignments. The author is now delivering training as well as managing the training function.
