The British Library Research and Innovation Centre has recently published a new report on "Continuing professional development and career success: is there a causal relationship?" by Jane Farmer and Fiona Campbell (BLR&I Report 112). The project studies the information profession alongside accountancy and human resources management to examine any emerging parallels in interest and involvement with professional development activities.
