The Library Consortia Documents Online Web site collects, in one place, a variety of official policies and agreements focused around the issue of consortium governance. Currently, documents are divided into four categories:Bylaws, Memoranda of Understanding, Resource Sharing Agreements, and Strategic Plans. Each category links the user to a group of documents listed alphabetically by consortium name. This is a small site, linking users to about 100 documents, but it will be invaluable to consortium staff in creating and amending their own materials. The site is maintained by Bernie Sloan (MAILTO:b-sloan@alexia.lis.uiuc.edu) of the Graduate School of Library and Information Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
