TULIP at the University Of Washington Available to Purchase

The TULIP (The University Licensing Program) project offered the University of Washington (UW) a chance to explore document distribution enhancements to our existing campus information services. Materials science, the focus of the project, is an active research area in several engineering and physical science academic departments on campus. The core research community numbers approximately 75 faculty, 25 post‐doctoral research workers, and 250 graduate students; perhaps three times that many are working in related fields. The University Libraries subscribes to 39 of the TULIP journal titles, with holdings distributed among five campus libraries.
