Reports the experiences of a co‐operative effort to create the Washington State Public Library World Wide Web project which was to create a Web site for all libraries and users to access across the state. Covers the scope purpose and partner before outlining the hardware and software used and the training this necessitated. Looks at content design, graphics issues, marketing and evaluation. Suggests future development and commends the project as an example to other libraries.
