Ximing Xiao, is a professor at the School of Information Management, Wuhan University. He serves as a member of the Guidance Committee for Library and Information Work of the Chinese Ministry of Education and as a director of the Chinese Library Association. His research focuses on public library governance and fundamental theories of library science.

Shiwei Fu, is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Translation at the School of Foreign Languages and Literature, Wuhan University, and a Ph.D. student in the Department of Linguistics at the School of Medicine and Health Human Sciences, Macquarie University.
